Salting time.....
Apply hair spray (with a brush or airbrush) on brown places and salt them quickly before the hair spray dries....Salt can be big or small, depends on what you have in the kitchen ....
After the salt is dry and accepted to the surface, we painted a lighter color on surface; and waited for it to dry......
.....after the paint has dried (can be dried with a hair dryer), lightly remove salt with some old brush and water....
...paint metal parts in metal :), and wash them with black wash; after drying, rivets and other parts of the manufactorum are painted with orange pigment, to get rusty leak look...
